Project Initiation Phase: From project request to pre-programming, from contact with customers and designers to appointing project managers and directing project planning
This course deals with the definition and purpose of project planning and discusses the tasks to be carried out at each step by dividing the project planning into five stages: goal setting, fact collection, concept setting, economic feasibility check, problem description.
This course deals with designing work based on the problem description, which is the final result of the project planning stage, and writing the construction related documents.
It deals with the procedures from construction order to completion and reasonable construction management.
